  • A trip to remember | . | 2014/05/04
"Everything was fine except for the announcements you couldn't hear very well in our car. Maybe something wasn't working right. I would suggest an electric screen in the car so you could see the stations or the speed the train has or even some information about the route you travel. Anyway thank you for a wonderful trip. "

    Best way to see a country | Pieter f. | 2014/04/11
"Wonderful to see the landscape of countries from the absolute comfort of a fast train. See the mountains and the rivers, and the people, like a summary of a country's nature. It does not take much longer than flying and airports and luggage, etc. BUT - you must travel light and small - like cabin luggage of about 15kg. You have to carry it up and down staircases and through turnstiles. Then it is fantastic! "

    Not so comfortable ! | Pascal t. | 2014/04/07
"As usual with French trains...you cannot expect to be on time. Once again 15 minutes delay and a change of train in Modane...not very comfortable for any passenger. In the other hand when you book a 1st ticket it is because you would like working and to get a power plug to connect ur lap top...why was not it existing in the second train we took from Modane. A neighbor passenger asked your crew but they did not answer correctly and we were bothering them apparently. Why to book a 1st class if you do not get all features u can expect. "

    TGV Trip Milan-Paris | Paula p. | 2014/01/25
"Train left Milan on time, however, due to technical problems we had to change trains half way and therefore ended up arriving over 1 hour late into Paris. The first class seating was fairly disappointing, the carriage looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Staff were very polite and helpful. "

    Shabby premium service | Russell b. | 2014/01/22
"We travelled First Class from Milan to Paris. The SNCF TGV train was very disappointing. The carriage was dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. There was no Wi Fi service which I think is unacceptable in this day and age. Furthermore no food or drink was offered as part of the service - it had to be paid for on top of the ticket; this is very poor compared to similar services such as EuroStar. There was also very little food on offer to purchase for an 8-hour train ride. Staff demonstrated very little interest in providing customer service for Premium travellers. "
