Discover the Royal Palace, the Grand Place, which Victor Hugo has qualified as being the most beautiful square of the world and don’t miss the nearby Manneken Pis, the famous tiny statuette of a urinating boy which has become the emblem of the rebellious spirit of Brussels. "We had no difficulty booking the tickets from India. We misplaced one printout but having access to the booking reference we had no difficulty getting a ticket issued at the station. (Only do remember that such tickets need to be endorsed at the stands near the platform). The seats were comfortable. The berths for the night journey were okay. There is food available on the day trains at reasonable prices. Overall definitely recommended. "

"It was a very bad experience to take the train in Nord station from Brussels to Frankfurt, my first journey to Germany. All trains are cancelled without prior announcement. No email was received. We know that until we took the train to this station. The staff in Brussels didn't help much and lost in temper to explain what we could do. Finally, we had to go to Midi Station to take coach to Koln and took another train to Frankfurt. It took us more than 12 hours. "
