To give you some idea of how broad our network is, imagine you start your train travel in the UK. You can easily travel around by train from small towns to major cities across the Kingdom, and we can help you with your train tickets and route. Once you have seen the UK you can take the Eurostar from London to Paris or Lille in France, or from London to Brussels.
On arriving on the European continent we have some amazing rail connections and ticket options for you. In France you can travel up and down the whole country on the SNCF and high speed TGV exploring the different regions and towns – and if you want to go further afield, then the TGV Lyria will take you to Switzerland with its mountains and lakes.
If you take the Eurostar to Belgium you have the option to explore further on the Thalys and travel to The Netherlands, Luxembourg, back into France or on to Germany, where high-speed ICE trains will transport you between Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt and more.
With a few countries already under your belt you may feel you have seen Europe but you haven’t even started. We can help you explore Spain with the AVE high-speed trains on the Renfe rail system travelling from Barcelona to Madrid, bringing you culture, beaches and Tapas. And you can continue to Portugal too.
Then there is the Frecciarossa trains with the Italian rail, Trenitalia, which will transport you to all the greatest Italian cities like Rome, Venice, Pisa and Naples, and beyond to Sicily and Sardinia.
You can find all of the different European train networks on this site, and remember when you are planning your trip with any of the train operators in Europe, your Eurail Select Pass, Eurail Global Pass and Eurail country passes will make jumping on the different train networks hassle free. France Rail Pass and BritRail will make you discover France and Great Britain in the best way.
